Nayiri is a fantastic trainer — clear, to the point, and always upbeat. She’s also quick to respond to phone calls and emails, which is a huge help. And since Indie is my first puppy, I had a lot to learn but she was always patient and positive in helping me get the hang of training my dog. I’m much more confident working with Indie.
